And on top of everything else: Joan's "new idea" was really lame and obvious. A 12-year-old could have thought up putting the files in alphabetical order after cities. I think we should learn more about Betty's system, it might have been more creative after all!

Well, see, that's exactly the type of thing you should know, as I learned in a movie with Beaver's Dad Ward Cleaver. You have to find out everything about your client, from the time he get's up in the morning to the time he goes to bed and the quality of his BMs, throughout the day!
